Opening: Robert Staudinger, „Illusionen des Augenblicks“
Once again the camera zooms in on an incidental triviality, the focus is on the moment. And once again Staudinger manages to present phenomenal occurrences of an amorphous diversity by staging coincidence.
Robert Staudinger is a purist, a perfectionist, a critical individualist. His series of works are unique, and always make a sociopolitical statement. He reveals what is great in the small. At the same time, he subtly handles universal failings. However, his critique only unfolds gradually. The most striking thing is his pure aesthetics.
